Financing & Payment

Considered work deserves considered payment.

Refinishing at this level is an investment in the vehicle. Ghost keeps the financial side as clear as the finish: written estimates, flexible payment options, and insurance claims coordinated for you from start to close.

Payment options

Pay the way that suits you.

Every engagement begins with a written, itemized estimate, so the number you approve is the number you pay. From there, choose the structure that fits.

Cards & direct payment

Major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and certified funds are all accepted. Pay in full at delivery, with an itemized invoice that matches the estimate you approved.

Staged payments

Larger projects, such as restorations and full repaints, can be structured around milestones: a deposit to reserve booth time, progress payments as stages complete, and the balance at delivery.

Third-party financing

Financing through established third-party lenders can be arranged on request for qualifying projects. Terms are set by the lender and subject to approval; we simply make the introduction.

Insurance coordination

We speak claims, so you do not have to.

A collision claim should not become a second job. Ghost works directly with major insurers on your behalf, documenting the damage properly and advocating for the repair the vehicle actually needs, not the cheapest one on paper.

  • Direct claim coordination. We open, document, and manage the claim with your insurer from estimate through final invoice.
  • Documented supplements.Hidden damage found during disassembly is photographed, measured, and submitted properly, not absorbed or ignored.
  • OEM parts advocacy. We make the written case for original components and manufacturer procedures on your behalf.
  • One point of contact.Your concierge handles the adjuster, the paperwork, and the updates, and keeps you informed throughout.

Good to know

Straight answers on money.

When is my deductible due?

On an insurance repair, your deductible is due at delivery, not before. Everything else is settled between Ghost and your insurer.

Will the price change mid-job?

Not without your written approval. If disassembly reveals hidden damage, we document it, price it, and pause for your sign-off before proceeding.

Do estimates cost anything?

No. Photo estimates and in-person assessments are complimentary, and the written scope is yours to keep either way.

Clear numbers first

Start with a written estimate.

Send photos through the instant estimate and receive an itemized scope before you commit to anything.
