Collision & Body Repair

A proper repair restores geometry, not just appearance. Ghost measures structure against factory specification, rebuilds with original components, and refinishes so the corrected panel reads identically to the ones beside it.

What's included

Returned to pre-incident integrity, verified.

Every collision repair at our Houston facility follows the same documented path, whether the damage is a door ding or a structural hit. Nothing is sublet, and nothing is signed off until it measures correct.

The process

From intake to delivery, one documented path.

You receive a written scope before work begins and digital updates at every stage after it does.

  1. 01

    Intake and documentation

The vehicle is photographed, measured, and inspected. You receive a written assessment and a firm scope, and we open the claim with your insurer if one applies.

  2. 02

    Blueprint and disassembly

Damaged areas are disassembled so hidden damage is found now, not mid-repair. Parts are ordered and the repair plan is finalized.

  3. 03

    Structural correction

Frame and body structure are pulled and aligned against factory reference points, then re-measured and documented to specification.

  4. 04

    Refinish and blend

Repaired panels are prepared, color matched by spectrophotometer, and blended into adjacent panels in a controlled downdraft booth.

  5. 05

    Quality control and delivery

Multi-point inspection, ADAS recalibration, panel-gap checks, and a final polish before the vehicle is detailed and returned.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do you work directly with my insurance company?

Yes. We coordinate with major insurers from the first estimate through the final invoice, including supplements when hidden damage is found. You deal with one contact at Ghost rather than a claims queue.

Will you use original manufacturer parts?

Wherever the repair allows, yes. We specify OEM components and follow manufacturer repair procedures to protect fit, safety systems, and resale value, and we tell you in writing when anything else is proposed.

How long will my repair take?

Cosmetic repairs are typically completed in days; structural repairs depend on parts availability and are quoted with a firm timeline in your written estimate. You receive progress updates at every stage.

Will the repair be detectable later?

That is the standard we hold every job to. Color is matched by instrument, proven on a test panel, and blended into adjacent panels, and the workmanship is warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle.

Is my vehicle safe to drive before the repair?

If the damage is structural, or lights, sensors, or driver-assist features are affected, we recommend enclosed pickup rather than driving. Call us and we will advise honestly, then arrange transport if needed.
